The approaches to achieve

The approaches to achieve the objectives are:

to share different methodologies in adult training,
to analyse the present situation of volunteerism in each partner country,
to analyse the social exclusion risk groups in local level, as the potential indirect target-groups,
to define the needs of volunteerism in each country,
to develop learning methodologies for adult education,
to explore the potential techniques in non-formal and informal education, creating some activities and games,
to provide the training in each partner country,
to evaluate the project in a continuous way, the process and results,
to organize the results of the project: to design the final workshop for training,
to assess the impact of the training of the participants (volunteers), the organisations, and the community at large,
to create a CD with all the materials of the training as final product of the project,
to disseminate the project.
