General objectives of the
partnership:

to develop skills for integration in different cultures,

to transfer and learn different methodologies in adult education,

to increase the quality of training in non-formal adults education,

to understand and quantify the impact that volunteering has on
traditionally socially excluded groups,

to encourage volunteerism,

to facilitate the achievement of intercultural skills to handle with
diversity and exclusion,

to build strong intercultural relationships between partner countries and
groups,

to give the participants a pathway to accept cultural specifics of each
partner´s country and involve this special elements to international framework,
